Camp Leader

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Manage daily camp activities and ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants
- Lead and supervise camp staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Plan and organise camp schedules, including recreational activities, meals, and rest periods
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding camp updates, schedules, and any concerns
- Drive the implementation of educational programmes that align with early childhood education principles
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all campers, promoting teamwork and personal growth

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children in a childcare, nursery, or early childhood education setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver's licence for transportation purposes
- Proficiency in English language

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1,126.98 - $1,876.19 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mercedes, Buenos Aires: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bachelor's (required)
