The Role
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Manager to join our team and help manage our owned client portfolio. As an Advertising Manager, you will primarily be responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing campaigns for our clients by utilizing Amazon Sponsored Ads and the Amazon Demand Side Platform (DSP)

Responsibilities

  • Own Amazon search and display (DSP/OTT) performance advertising for an assigned set of clients
  • Develop strategic fullfunnel strategies to grow brands on the Amazon Marketplace
  • Create, implement, manage, and report on advertising strategies that align with client goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance for the client's Amazon business
  • Proactively research industry trends and best practices and communicate them internally to share knowledge
  • Utilize Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud to gain additional insights to increase performance
  • Mentor more junior Advertising Managers with the latest features and trends from Amazon Advertising
  • Advise clients on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and how this impacts them.
  • Partner with our sales team on proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts.
  • Align client's needs with our solutions to help them achieve their goals and uncover opportunities to drive longterm value.
  • Keep the pulse of the market and roll out processes & products as we scale that would add value to our growing client base and our rapidly expanding organization.

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience with SEM, with an emphasis on paid search and display advertising.
  • Strong clientfacing experience.
  • Agency experience with a focus on Amazon programmatic display advertising and Amazon search.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accomplished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and strategic capabilities.
  • Multitasking with the ability to organize projects and establish priorities.
  • Adept at learning new software programs and tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced English communication, both written and spoken, is a must. This will be evaluated in several stages during the interview process.
  • Amazon advertising accreditation at the date of hire or commitment for accreditation within 30 days of hire
  • Strong data analysis abilities
    (Google Analytics & Data Studio experience is desirable)
  • DSP knowledge
    is desirable
  • Deep understanding of SEM / Search platforms (ex: Google Ads, SA360), as well as GMP.
  • 2+ years of experience planning, implementing, optimizing and reporting Paid Media campaigns in a technology company or endadvertiser.
  • Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
  • Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
  • Flexible, versatile and driven to obtain new skills and scale knowledge to take on uncharted territory.
  • Comfortable working among teams, supporting their peers in their development and career path.
