Waterplan is a fast-growing startup in the Climate Tech space that develops the world's leading B2B Enterprise SaaS platform for companies to measure, respond, report, and monitor companies ́ increasingly changing water risk.
By showing companies the business case for mitigating water risk, Waterplan accelerates the transition to a world where companies are incentivized to save more water, abate the discharge of polluting effluents, conserve watersheds and preserve shared value.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help us build and scale a foundation for excellence.
You will work in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company with a dedicated and talented team with ambitious growth goals planned for the next few years.
About your core focus
We're looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of sales processes, systems, and tools that drive revenue growth and improve efficiency for Waterplan.
You are the trusted partner of the sales management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve the productivity and scale of the sales organization.
You will:
- Data integration architecture and Automatization of Workflows Across our Tech Stack
- Champion the use of technology, tools, and processes to maintain the source(s) of truth of our sales and demand generation data
- Proactively search for areas to improve, streamline and scale using data, process, and systems analyses that measurably impact company revenue
- Collaborate with Account Executives and stakeholders to understand the details of a business problem, reveal potential insights into root causes, areas of most impact, priorities of focus, and recommended paths forward.
- Lead development of new ideas and projects, measuring the real impact of solutions and adapting as necessary to overcome unexpected roadblocks or other obstacles.
Skills and Qualifications
- The ability to conceptualize business processes, clearly illustrate pain points and recommend changes to the systems that support those processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excel/Google Sheets Wizard and coding experience.
- Data Analytics understanding and Experience
- Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics.
- Administration experience with bestinclass CRM and related tools in the Sales tech stack for SaaS companies (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, ClearBit), with a desire to learn how to become an expert and bring new tools to our operations.
- Excellent team player, and strong attention to detail.
- Curious, independent, and rigorous team member with a proactive attitude.
- Excited about the early days of a startup, refining the sales playbook, and thinking of innovative ways to build our foundations.
- Understanding of the SaaS technology landscape: 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in highgrowth SaaS or technology companies.
- Sales Experience is desired.
