The Organizational effectiveness Executive Co-create and deploy the strategy for ITM (Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning and Leadership) for South Cluster Markets and Bs As Shared Service Center for employee and leaders development, engagement and advocacy; working collaboratively with global CoEs, local BPs and people engagement, adapting solutions to local needs and resources.

Ensuring the design, stakeholder management, budget management, development, deployment, and measurement.

Your 'day to day'

Performance Management


Lead Performance Management process deployment in high quality, timely and a structured way following global and regional guidelines and considering communication and change management plan & initiatives associated working together with global CoEs and local PE.

Track relevant indicators to identify opportunities in the processes and measure it ́s impact on employee journey and engagement. Implement initiatives to improve the overall process and adapt local deployment plans. Develop the capability building process and deliver training when required. Support BPs during MyPerformance checkpoints if required, specially on Training design, delivery and analysis.

Learning


Following business needs and input derived from talent processes, identify leadership, individual contributors, technical and workspace capability and skill gaps and as learning expert adapt solutions picking from the global PMI learning offer for South Cluster Markets and Bs As Shared Service Center.

Develop the engagement campaign and online learning channels, for the whole organization as well as per function in coordination with Bps and PE.

Ensure employees development needs and business priorities are being covered. Manage budget for Learning + external suppliers and seek for new ones when required. Participates in building capabilities (P&C and other Functions), deliver training and TTTs for selected programs. Coordinate different stakeholders to ensure the correct deployment of the program's activities. Collect feedback, analyse KPIs such as attendance, satisfaction feedback to identify trends, and proposes improvements and action plan.

Talent Management

Collaborate with Integrated Talent Manager to Support the Talent Management Journey, considering Talent Review Process deployment(*). Lead the organizational analysis after Talent Review to feed organizational and individual development and learning needs.

Contribute to follow up on key agreements with BPs and deployment of development initiatives for South Cluster Markets and PMLAS employees.

Identify, propose and implement initiatives to improve the quality of the talent management process. (*)Collaborate and participate in functional and affiliate Talent Review sessions.

Leadership

  • Cocreate with Integrated Talent Manager Manager the leadership communities (Leading Community and Middle Managers Community) development for capability building purposes. Work together with MT, PE, leader champions to set agenda, facilitate sessions and community management.
Strategic Workforce Planning

Collaborate in ITM PowerBi building and sustain. Analyse results quarterly, obtain and validate insights with HR Managers and define Talent plans when needed.
