The incumbent will be tasked with enabling millions of SMBs and professional businesses in Latam to get paid or pay globally with Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure and low-cost solutions.

Your responsibilities will include, developing merchants network to support local expansion increasing market penetration for Payoneer product and services.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and develop new business segments or industries and leverage this to achieve business goals.


What you'll do:

  • Accomplishment of targeted sales goals.
  • Ability to see the big picture, understand the key drivers of the business and how they relate to each other, anticipate future needs to drive profitable growth.
  • Reaching out to target audiences who have a desire for international growth.
  • Building and managing an active pipeline of Sales and BizDev opportunities.
  • Delivering appropriate KPIs beyond revenue and volume.
  • Working closely with Customer Success Management, Partnerships Management, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Deliver internal feedback for quick wins that have big impact on numbers.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or communications.
  • MBA or MS Degree desirable.
  • 3+ years of sales, account management, business development or other relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in leading High Performing teams, meeting and exceeding business established goals.
  • Expertise in developing business cases, financial analyses, and modeling, analyzing and forecasting the financial impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • You have a very high energy level and enthusiasm.

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience in E-Commerce
  • Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
  • Experience with direct sales for small businesses engaged in cross border trade
  • Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media
  • Experience with data analytics & BI tools
