Nerdy is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Analyst to help manage, enhance, and develop the company's digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

This role will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts and achieving our business goals.

The Performance Marketing Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while optimizing advertising spend across various digital channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a track record of delivering strong ROI.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Understand and appreciate that Nerdy is an apolitical company and that we can have the largest impact if we are united in our focus on helping people learn and not divided or distracted by advancing unrelated causes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve targeted KPIs, such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize payperclick (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and adjust ad spend, bidding strategies, and targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms) to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust budgets based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI and content teams to improve landing page effectiveness and user experience to increase conversion rates.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other marketing elements.
  • Implement findings to improve campaign performance.
