La misión de la posición es liderar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y proyectos, y dar soporte en la mejora de procesos, teniendo contacto con diferentes áreas de la compañía tanto internamente como con otras unidades SKF en el exterior.
¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?
Liderar y gestionar los nuevos proyectos de productos, analizar factibilidad técnica económica, coordinar reuniones con los referentes de las diferentes áreas y desarrollar nuevos proveedores relacionados a los nuevos proyectos.
Analizar las oportunidades de nuevos productos a fabricar o ensamblar en Planta Rosario, desde las especificaciones técnicas hasta las necesidades operacionales.
Asistir a los proyectos de desarrollo trabajando en conjunto con los diferentes líderes de los procesos de producción, ingeniería y planificación.
Dar soporte en la confección de los procesos de ingeniería de proceso y de producto, alineado con las necesidades del cliente y las posibilidades de la Planta.

Requisitos:
¿Cuáles son los requisitos?
Nos orientamos a graduados en Ingeniería Mecánica o afines, que cuenten con una base técnica mecánica o electromecánica. Deberá contar con experiência en una industria metalmecánica, con conocimiento básico de mecanizado y procesos. Manejo de Paquete Office y programas de diseño 3D como AutoCad, SolidWorks o Inventor. Conocimiento de programas Tango/Capataz/SAP (deseable). Nível de ingles intermedio. Buscamos un perfil con capacidad de liderazgo, que lo motive trabajar en equipo y con buenas relaciones interpersonales. Deberá contar con disponibilidad para trabajar de 08.00hs a 17.00hs en Planta Rosario.
