Your Role:

The Senior Software Engineer position calls for a tech-savvy problem solver who can tackle complex challenges with ease. Collaborating with various teams, they craft top-notch solutions to meet customer needs.

They are responsible for crafting software solutions that adhere to quality standards and fulfill both functional and non-functional requirements.

This role demands swift and efficient teamwork, where the individual shares expertise and leads the team to deliver superior software that caters to our customers' needs.


Specifically, you will:

  • Act as a mentor to fellow software engineers.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within your Scrum Team and assist the Product Manager technically.
  • Promote a culture of code excellence and continuous learning across the department.
  • Conduct peer code reviews to maintain quality standards.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills for programming and user interface design.
  • Integrate technology, processes, testing, and business principles.
  • Enhance the team's Continuous Development and Continuous Integration practices.
  • Collaborate with other team members to tackle intricate challenges, including UX/UI designers, QA testers, and DBAs.
  • Create or contribute to technical design documents, release notes, and bug fix documentation.
  • Design and execute testing procedures to ensure comprehensive product testing.
  • Engage in a culture of constant learning by exploring new technologies, sharing knowledge, joining conferences, and collaborating with local developer communities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in providing technical leadership and coaching teams.
  • Proficiency in full stack ASP.NET MVC web development.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio,.NET, and C#.
  • Familiarity with web frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, XML, JSON, and Ajax.
  • Backend expertise including WCF, SOAP/REST APIs, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, Transact-SQL, and the ability to work with SQL schemas.
  • Experience with version control using Git/GitHub.
  • Background in developing software products in Azure is advantageous.
  • Capability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Self-motivated individual who can manage time and projects effectively in a remote work setup.
  • Comfortable working within an Agile development environment.
