About the Role
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Analyst to join our Operations and Billing department in Argentina.
Take a key role in driving success performing daily/weekly/monthly production work as it relates to the different services provided by Hansen.

About You
- You are a highly enthusiastic individual with proven experience working as an operations analyst with ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English.
- You have proactive and, selfstarter attitude, and is a fast learner, capable of operation with mínimal daytoday direction.
- You are an inquisitive individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment, constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities for innovation.
- You have strong analytical and decisionmaking skills, and willingness to assume personal responsibility to achieve team goals, while providing highquality service to internal and external customers
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate billing processes, including daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Develop and execute database queries and analyses to support billing activities.
- Communicate with clients to fulfill service requests and perform data maintenance. Monitor and address exceptions, inbound/outbound EDI reports, and report trends/issues.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, seek process improvements, and assist with remittance tasks as required.
- Support the diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of business problems while continuously searches for process improvements and areas for streamlining.
Work hours are Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm (EST)
