Se busca que quien ocupe este rol pueda proyectarse y formarse en Behavioral Economics con guía y soporte de las áreas corporativas a nível global.
_****_Responsabilidades_**- Usar los insights de los usuarios y la analítica web para mejorar los indicadores de rendimiento.
- Mejorar la tasa de conversión, haciendo un mejor uso del tráfico.
- Identificación y creación de KPIs, análisis y seguimiento de resultados de los cambios aplicados.
- Evaluación y monitoreo de los funnels.
_Requisitos de la Posición_
- +3 años de experiência en posiciones de CRO.
- Comprensión profunda de las estrategias de crecimiento, tener habilidades creativas, analíticas y pensamiento estratégico
- Se valorarán estudios superiores relacionados (negocios, marketing, publicidad, relaciones públicas o similares).
- Experiência en Behavioral Economics. (deseable)
- Capacidad de entendimiento de los requerimientos del usuario.
- Interés por aprender.
