**What you'll do**:
As a Senior CRO Specialist at MyZone Media, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of our clients' websites and digital assets. You will lead the development and execution of CRO strategies, A/B testing, and optimization efforts to increase conversions, improve user experience, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a proven track record in CRO, particularly within an agency setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- CRO Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive CRO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conversion Analysis: Conduct in-depth website and conversion funnel analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization opportunities.
- A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and other key performance indicators.
- UX/UI Optimization: Work closely with designers, developers from the web development department, and other stakeholders to enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to drive higher conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics tools to make informed decisions and recommendations for CRO improvements.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for CRO-related discussions with clients, providing regular updates on progress and results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, SEO specialists, PPC experts, and web developers, to ensure alignment of CRO efforts with overall digital marketing strategies.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports to clients detailing CRO efforts, outcomes, and recommendations for future optimization.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO to ensure clients remain at the forefront of digital marketing excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in A/B testing tools (Unbounce, Optimizable, etc.) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
