- Define, strengthen, and optimize operational processes that will improve the team's ability to deliver.
- Monitor operationsrelated tools and performance indicators.
- Communicate and collaborate with different functional teams.
- Provide support to other teams as an escalation point for defects, and give insight into processes implementation and payment solutions specifics.
- Provide feedback and engage in product improvement discussions.
What you'll need:
- Problem solver analytical; capable of seeing both the big picture and the fine detail. Previous experience as Technical Account Manager or similar roles will be valued.
- Background working with databases. Experience in data analysis and reporting/visualization tools is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Cando attitude happily takes on any relevant task; comfortable in a fastpaced, dynamic, growing company culture.
- Determined not afraid to question and investigate difficult challenges so that they can be resolved quickly.
- Excellent/High level of Spanish & English, written and oral. Exclusive requirement.
