RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Brindar soporte a todo el parque de PC's y periféricos incluidos en la propuesta, ubicados en las instalaciones del cliente.
  • Resolver incidentes de hardware y software in situ.
  • Ofrecer soporte a incidentes relacionados con software especificado en la propuesta.
  • Preparar, instalar, configurar y cambiar equipos de cómputo por anomalías, incluyendo clonación, backup y restore de información.
  • Preparar equipos para entrega al proveedor para aplicar garantías.
  • Atender a impresoras en primera línea.
  • Mantener actualizado el inventario de hardware y software.
  • Mantener al día los soportes de licenciamiento.
  • Recibir, registrar, priorizar y dar seguimiento a incidentes y requerimientos reportados por usuarios.
  • Brindar soporte de primera línea a usuarios.
  • Mantener informado al usuario sobre el estado de incidentes y requerimientos.
  • Obtener conformidad del usuario antes de cerrar un incidente o requerimiento.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Profesional con estudios universitarios o técnicos en sistemas, informática, electrónica, o similares.
  • Conocimientos de ITIL (curso o certificación deseable).
  • Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles.
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia profesional.
  • Experiencia en soporte técnico remoto, soporte en sitio y microinformática.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas office, especialmente en Excel.
  • Sólidos conocimientos técnicos en sistemas operativos, networking, directorio activo, servicios para acceso remoto y más.
  • Conocimientos de dispositivos móviles iOS y Android.
  • Conocimientos deseados en metodologías ágiles y Scrum.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets.
  • Habilidad analítica y resolución de problemas.
  • Deseable nivel intermedio de inglés (speaking/writing).
