The Sales Data Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to advertising clients.

Working closely with the Client Solutions Manager, this role focuses on processing client campaigns, managing data, and maintaining adherence to policies and processes.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Data Studio) to analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights. Support the development of reports and dashboards to track sales. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Management: Draft, check, and store various businessrelated documents, including Purchase Orders, Campaigns, and Insertion Orders. Ensure adherence to appropriate policies and processes, particularly related to accounting and finance.

Functional Collaboration:
Work in partnership with CSMs and other teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Leverage CRM and workflow tools to streamline processes and enhance data management.

  • Campaign Processing: Validate available inventory and campaign requirements/materials. Track processing requests to partners and ensure timely execution. Collaborate with CSMs to address online inquiries.
  • Communication: Address basic campaign and systemrelated questions and concerns through system chat. Collaborate with the CSM as needed to provide comprehensive support to clients.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • 35 years of work experience in Operations, Data Analysis, Digital Media, or Finance departments.
  • Strong expertise in Excel and data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Data Studio).
  • Experience with CRM and workflow tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of the agency environment is a plus.
  • Excellent time management, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and implement enhancements.
