We are looking for a talented and experienced

Global Marketing Specialist.


In this role, you will work closely with the Technology Leadership team to develop marketing campaigns to raise awareness and generate demand for our services to support growth globally.

You will design and implement marketing plans that are both effective and impactful, so having a keen eye for creative communication is key.

  • Develop fullfunnel marketing strategies to raise awareness and generate demand for Globant's services.
  • Collaborate with technology and sales teams to develop and execute gotomarket strategies for new services by owning the development of value propositions, messaging, positioning, and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the content development strategy to align and leverage tailored content to showcase our services to our customers.
  • Gather and analyze customer insight as well as market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to report the performance of all campaigns and initiatives against a variety of KPIs.
