- Definir la estrategia de atracción de talento para el área de Tecnología.
- Asignación estratégica de búsquedas y proyectos al equipo.
- Trabajo en conjunto con Hiring Managers y otras áreas de HR.
- Manejo de métricas e indicadores del proceso de selección. Análisis de las mismas y diseño de planes de acción.
- Identificar y gestionar proveedores externos de reclutamiento. Foco en la medición de su eficiencia.
