El copywriter es el responsable de la definición de la estrategia para cada cliente, la planificación de las publicaciones y el desarrollo de los contenidos.

También interactúa con los clientes para guiarlos en la definición de la estrategia, asesorarlos para que produzcan contenidos (videos y fotos) y realizar la aprobación de las propuestas.

Para desarrollar los contenidos deberá investigar los temas previamente.

Los temas que deberá desarrollar son:

  • Información educativa sobre temas inmobiliarios.
  • Información sobre las áreas donde trabajan los corredores (por ejemplo Miami).

Los tipos de contenidos a desarrollar son:

  • Artículos de blog.
  • Posteos para redes sociales.
  • Guiones para que los clientes se filmen en video.
  • Guías descargables (por ejemplo: cómo comprar una propiedad en USA).
  • Redacción de publicaciones de propiedades en portales.
  • Publicidades para Meta y Google Ads.

Optimizamos y gestionamos las redes sociales
Desarrolamos campañas de generación de leads
Redactamos artículos de blog
Diseñamos páginas web
‍ Damos Asistencia Virtual (armado de contratos, carga de transacciones, alta de propiedades en el MLS, etc)

Requisitos:

  • Apps de workflow de tareas (Trello o Asana), no excluyente.
  • Paquete Office.
  • Perfil semi senior.
  • Altamente motivado y con un fuerte deseo de aprender y mejorar continuamente.

Condiciones de contratación:

  • Horario 9 a 18 hs
  • 100% remoto.
