Field Service Technician


Field Service Technicians support the technical needs of Philips customers, providing maintenance and installation to HealthTech products & services, maximizing customer satisfaction. Strong customer focus, technical capabilities (installation, product malfunctions, predictive maintenance, upgrades among others). This role will be based in Buenos Aires, ARG and will focus con DXR (x-ray) and Image Guided Therapies.

Su puesto:

  • Technical support on customers related to service medical equipment.

  • Understand customer needs, identify root cause and is part of the solution.

  • Strong team collaboration between others FSE and stakeholders.

  • Keep all administrative tasks on time, and prepare technical reports if needed.

  • Monitor and manage assigned installed base.

  • Available for overtime, if needed.

Es el candidato ideal si cumple con lo siguiente:

  • Min 2yrs experience on customer service related to medical equipment, ideally for interventional diagnostic and x-ray medical systems.

  • Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Travel availability is a must.

  • Electrical / Electronic Engineer or Technical (min 4yrs), Biomedical Engineer or similar areas.

  • Intermediate English skills (reading, speaking, and listening)

  • Valid driverâs license. Owning a car will be a plus.
