Responsabilidades:

  • Atender llamadas entrantes y salientes de asegurados, bancos y áreas internas de la empresa en Estados Unidos.
  • Asistir a nuestros clientes respondiendo consultas sobre coberturas, pagos y diversos procesos administrativos
  • Mantener actualizada la información en el sistema.
  • Resolver las consultas de los clientes o derivarlos a otras áreas cuando sea necesario para brindar un excelente servicio.
  • Mantener la relación con nuestros clientes brindándoles un servicio de calidad.
  • Dar soporte en tareas administrativas varias.

 

Lugar de trabajo: Retiro, CABA. Hibrido.

Para postularse a esta posición se requiere:

  • Nivel de inglés avanzado/bilingue. (Excluyente)
  • Graduados de la escuela secundaria y/o estudiantes de los primeros años de carreras universitarias o tecnicaturas.
  • Experiencia de 1 año en puestos de atención al cliente es un plus.
  • Disponibilidad FULL TIME.
