Designer/Marketer (Remote) We’re looking for a Designer/Marketer to join our most promising brand. As part of DTC Vikings, you will help scale a direct‑to‑consumer wellness brand to 100M+ USD in revenue. You will produce image ads, email creatives, and design and implement landing pages for our e‑commerce platforms. Remote work with a fixed salary of 1‑1.5K USD plus performance bonuses. Collaborate with experienced entrepreneurs (10+ years scaling online businesses) based in Buenos Aires and a remote marketing team with careers at Airbnb, Stripe, and Ogilvy. Responsibilities Design high‑quality image ads for social and paid media. Create responsive email templates that drive conversions. Design and implement landing pages, ensuring visual consistency and optimal user experience. Work cross‑functionally with marketing, copywriting, and product teams to align creative assets with brand strategy. Iterate on designs based on data and stakeholder feedback. Qualifications Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with a portfolio demonstrating speed and quality. Strong visual design sense with attention to detail and ability to spot visual issues at a glance. Fast, reliable execution and the drive to get things done on time. Curiosity and a passion for learning new design tools and techniques. Experience collaborating in remote teams and a willingness to take ownership of results.
