EPM/CPM Functional Lead We are looking for an EPM/CPM Functional Lead to build, test, and deploy business solutions on the OneStream XF platform for high‑end client implementation projects. Join our team of experts and contribute to the business success of Ascend Partners and our clients by delivering OneStream XF powered solutions for complex financial consolidation, financial reporting analysis and budget & forecasting projects. Responsibilities Work together with client resources and a team of consultants to implement complex web‑based Business Performance Management solutions. Confer with clients to identify, analyze, and document requirements. Conduct business studies, redesign processes, design/develop and implement business processes and solutions. Provide training and ongoing support to client personnel. Be willing to travel and work in various business locations or remotely as applicable. Desired Skills and Experience Formal Education and Certification University degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Computer Science. Knowledge and Experience Strong accounting and systems background with substantial experience in finance organizations. Solid understanding of the work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs. 2+ years of EPM/CPM project implementation experience with OneStream XF or Oracle Hyperion Applications (HFM, FDM, Hyperion Planning). Proficient in IT and EPM architecture with strong accounting focus (Financial Consolidation / Financial Planning & Analysis). Data manipulation skills using Excel, SQL and Visual Basic. Experience with MS Office and data modeling. Experience with structured project management and/or software package implementation processes. Other Desired Experience Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, CA) or advanced degree (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications applicable to accounting/finance and IT. Experience with object‑oriented programming. Prior experience with OneStream F+XF, SAP OutlookSoft Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), SAP BusinessObjects Financial Consolidation (BOFC/Cartesis), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Planning, Essbase, IBM Cognos, or other EPM/CPM solutions. Personal Attributes Excellent analytical abilities. Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner. Ability to operate independently or collaboratively to deliver high‑quality products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adaptability to new environments and changing requirements.
