What we are looking for We are seeking a full‑time Supply Chain Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to take ownership of different analyses and projects and is looking to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup. You are capable of managing and analyzing all the supply chain to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self‑driven, can deliver, and have a "get stuff done" attitude. This role will play an integral part in the day‑to‑day operations, supply chain process, and with opportunities to work on various projects as we scale. This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves type of role, where you should genuinely enjoy analyzing costs, crunching numbers, and ensure that our Supply Chain function runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels; stay within stock targets and actively identify stock‑outs and reduce surplus based on forecast, lead time, and safety stock, communicating inventory needs and overstock situations in a timely manner. Analyze deviation from Theoretical Inventory vs Physical Inventories. Generate, track, and manage Purchase Orders, ensuring accurate quantities, pricing, and timely delivery. Monitor any price increases and communicate to relevant organizational departments. Coordinate with Kitchen Managers to ensure the product is received and stored correctly. Review, track, reconcile and approve invoices in conformity with received product. Maintain the supplier base for raw materials and improve the supplier base by establishing relationships with quality alternative vendors. Qualifications 3 years of previous experience in a Supply Chain/Operations related role. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or another related field. Good analytical skills and intermediate user of Google Sheets/Excel. SQL intermediate knowledge. Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with minimal guidance. Strong problem‑solving & multi‑tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers. Since our HQ are located in NYC, an excellent level of English is required.
