Join Mercy as a Primary Care Assistant-LPN . Under the direction of the Primary Care Operations team, the LPN works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient‑centered care. Responsibilities Assist in the provision of primary care services under the supervision of physicians and other licensed providers. Collaborate with the care team to implement patient care plans and monitor health outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Provide patient education and support, promoting healthy behaviors and self‑management of health conditions. Perform basic clinical tasks and support clinical workflows, ensuring safety and quality of care. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Licensure: Licensed as an LPN in the state of practice. Experience: Minimum 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office. Skills: Team collaboration and effective communication. Customer service orientation. Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. Positive attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently within scope of practice. Physical Requirements: Regular lifting, pulling, or pushing of up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.
