We are looking for a talented Fullstack Developer to join a dynamic project focused on modernizing internal systems and enhancing overall operational efficiency. You’ll be working on scalable, maintainable solutions that replace outdated processes, while contributing to a strong culture of engineering excellence. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the client to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure clear communication on progress and deliverables Identify, address, and resolve technical debt within the client’s existing tools, promoting sustainable and efficient solutions Optimize and enhance file processing systems, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement Hard Skills – Must have Strong expertise in backend development in C# (.NET, MVC) Proficiency in front- end development using Angular Experience with cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP) Soft Skills Capability to identify and communicate risks, issues, and mitigation strategies Excellent communication skills in English Time management skills, ensuring the team meets project timelines We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analysing resumes, or assessing responses.
