We’re looking for a Senior Manager – AI for Business Processes , a visionary leader who can bridge technology and business, leading the design and deployment of high-impact AI solutions.
What you’ll do Partner with key business areas to identify and drive AI opportunities that improve efficiency and decision‑making; Translate business challenges into data‑driven solutions, defining architecture, models, KPIs, and integration with Tenaris systems; Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of AI projects in collaboration with global Data Science, IT, and business stakeholders; Manage and mentor data scientists, engineers, and external partners, ensuring delivery quality, adoption, and measurable impact; Promote a data‑driven culture, communicate value to non‑technical audiences, and foster change across global teams. What we’re looking for: Background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; Solid experience in AI, Data Science, or technology leadership; Solid understanding of GenAI techniques and predictive modeling ; Strong technical knowledge in Python, SQL , and AI development frameworks; Fluent English; Experience in multinational or corporate environments is a plus; Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
