Coding Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer (Fluent in Italian) We’re looking for coding specialists fluent in Italian who can challenge advanced language models on topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object‑oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems. Your role will involve conversing with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Italian, verifying logical accuracy and coding fluency, assessing naturalness and correctness of Italian language usage, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. Responsibilities Engage with the AI model on software engineering tasks in Italian. Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and Italian language correctness. Document failure modes and error traces. Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. Provide clear, metacognitive communication and show your work. Qualifications Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field. Real‑world coding experience and technical writing in Italian. Open‑source contributions are a plus. Strong technical writing skills and clear communication. Compensation Pay range of $8‑$65 per hour, with the exact rate based on experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary within the pay range listed above.
