Cómo Senior Data Engineer en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina. Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y siendo responsable de : Colaborar en un equipo multidisciplinario de Software development y Data & Analytic, ingenieros, analistas y científicos de datos. Ejecutar el roadmap de productos de datos, traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas y coordinar al equipo. Evaluar y desafiar arquitecturas y diseños de soluciones de datos, participando en la toma de decisiones técnicas. Ser un referente en arquitectura, transfiriendo conocimientos para el desarrollo del equipo. Asegurar la calidad de los entregables y monitorear el progreso en términos de objetivos, SLAs, incidentes, eficiencia y costos. Analizar indicadores de rendimiento y asegurar la coherencia y calidad de la información. ¿Qué buscamos en vos? Desarrollar y mantener procesos ETL robustos y escalables para pipelines de datos y arquitecturas de data lake. Implementar y optimizar consultas SQL avanzadas en BigQuery para el procesamiento eficiente de grandes volúmenes de datos. Automatizar procesos de transformación de datos utilizando Python y herramientas de control de versiones como GitHub. Gestionar bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, asegurando la integridad y disponibilidad de la información.
