We are seeking a Middle Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of global IT initiatives. The role focuses on Agile project coordination, customer‑facing communication, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project progress using JIRA. Location LATAM Responsibilities Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams Lead daily stand‑ups and other Agile ceremonies Create and maintain JIRA boards, tasks, and reporting dashboards Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies Track progress, resource allocation, and hours reporting Prepare and deliver weekly status summaries to customer stakeholders Ensure accurate documentation of decisions, actions, and next steps Qualifications Proven experience using JIRA for creating and managing user stories and tracking project progress and preparing delivery reports Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to conduct and lead daily stand‑ups with customers Experience in team coordination and task management, including delegating tasks effectively across the team, tracking progress, and ensuring accurate hours reporting Preparing and delivering weekly progress summaries to customer teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Experience in data‑related projects (data migration, analytics, or data platform development) Other Skills English: strong verbal and written communication Ability to work in a global, multinational environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders Proven ability to work independently and as part of an international team Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary 100% remote opportunity Flexible work schedule 10 business days of paid vacation per year Up to 10 national holidays 5 personal days off Referral program Personalized development plan (PDP) E‑learning and certification coverage, plus access to the goFluent Language Learning Platform Employment Type Full‑time Seniority Level Not Applicable #J-18808-Ljbffr
