Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 4 days a week in Cognizant office in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What You Need To Have To Be Considered 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills (no spelling or grammar errors, clear enunciation). Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly instructions. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport. Basic knowledge of tools like Sheets, Slides, Docs, Chrome, Keep, Calendar, etc. Problem-solving skills and critical thinking. Intermediate level of English (written and reading comprehension) is a plus. These will help you stand out Experience supporting digital advertising platforms. Familiarity with Ads platforms or similar products. Ability to work independently and proactively. Strong customer empathy and patience. Experience in fast-paced, high-volume support environments.
