About the Program This two-year program is designed for aspiring finance professionals who want to deepen their industry knowledge and gain hands‑on experience. Through two one‑year rotations across various Finance & Business Management (F&BM) teams within our Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of our business. What You'll Experience Collaborative Culture: Work alongside top-tier professionals to shape critical business decisions and initiatives. Professional Development: Enhance your skills with comprehensive training, mentoring, and access to senior leaders. Teams that will be participating of 1st year assignment: CFO Latam Business Management: The primary function of the role is to provide support to the CFO to execute the Latin America and Canada (LAC) business agenda and drive strategic priorities. Product Control: Join the Securitized Product Group to ensure compliance with P&L recognition, risk reporting, and balance sheet management. Payments - Business Management: Strategically manage capital, drive growth, and provide analysis to improve results and drive decisions. Control Management: Responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of the financial statements and controls over the transaction cycle; performing critical reporting and controls functions for the organization. Digital & Platform Services: Partner across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis and develop new reporting capabilities. Legal Entity Controller: Oversee key financial and regulatory functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and preparing management reports. Why Choose Us? Ideal candidates will possess: A strong academic background - GPA of 8 on a 10-point scale is a plus. Pursuing a B.A. degree with an expected graduation before / by April 2026. Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory. Skills in problem‑solving, creativity, and strategic thinking. Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to excel in a collaborative setting. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Relevant internship experience and leadership roles in academic or community organizations / Up to 2 years of experience as an Analyst Next Steps Ready to embark on your finance journey?
