This position is Remote. Responsibilities Bring fresh, bold ideas to the table that ensure our clients get noticed. Oversee the management of social media accounts and ensure consistency across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Develop and execute paid media strategies on social platforms to generate conversions. Conduct ongoing competitive analysis. Meet and present creative concepts for strategies to potential and existing clients. Be aware of progress or decline on all campaigns and act proactively to improve campaigns. Keep current with industry trends, insights, topics, and best practices. Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and content developers. Qualifications Experience running advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Proven experience in running revenue-generating campaigns. Proven expertise in using social listening tools and analytics software to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns and gather actionable insights. Experience creating content strategies for social media posts, including graphic design direction, copywriting concepts, and the use of brand voice. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience utilizing social media management software such as Creator Studio and Later. Experience building and growing brands on social media. Experience working at an agency. Experience with Google Analytics. Facebook/paid media certifications are an added value. Strong track record of managing resources, including budgets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organized and able to multitask.
