Our client is a fast-growing technology company focused on helping finance teams improve business planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making through automation and collaboration tools. They are looking for an FP&A Associate to support client implementations, build financial models, and work closely with both clients and internal product teams.This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role, ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and a proactive mindset.
- Integrate new clients’ financial data and systems into the platform
- Build and optimize financial models to improve clients’ planning and reporting processes
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support for clients
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and contribute to new feature development
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to different stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
- +2 years of experience in software implementation or consulting roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial models
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage stakeholder communication
- Comfortable working with large datasets and digging into details
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong ownership mentality and eagerness to learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with EPM/financial planning software or a finance/FP&A background
- Previous experience in a client-facing or implementation role
- Familiarity with financial planning tools or BI platforms
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product or Engineering teams
