In this position, you will manage critical administrative and client‑facing tasks that ensure smooth case progression and exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, drafting legal documents, organizing files, and assisting with discovery preparation. This role is perfect for someone who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and organization matter. Schedule Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (USA) Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To: Handling inbound client calls and follow‑ups Maintaining organized digital and physical files Requesting and tracking medical records Completing and submitting forms accurately Drafting letters and legal correspondence Assisting with drafting discovery documents Performing e‑filing for legal documents Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the process Collaborating with attorneys and team members to ensure timely case progress Opening and organizing new case files What We’re Looking For: At least two to three years of experience in personal injury is mandatory (US experience preferred) Availability of working PST time Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Teams Strong file management and drafting skills Organized and detail‑oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Quick learner who can take direction and ask questions when needed Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyReliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) Quiet, distraction‑free remote work environment What’s In It for You?
