Site Reliability Engineer - Remote - Latin America Join FullStack to work as a Site Reliability Engineer for U.S. clients on flexible, project-based development work. The Opportunity Integrate directly into our client’s team and work alongside designers and engineers on a daily basis. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain distributed systems for high availability. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code with Terraform. Monitor and analyze system performance using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana. Investigate and resolve production incidents and root cause analysis. Collaborate with developers on containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS). Ensure security best practices for cloud and containers. Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases. Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer. Experienced with Linux systems and tooling. Advanced English proficiency and a four-year college degree. Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS. Strong experience managing Docker containers. Hands‑on AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, Route 53). Proficiency with Terraform and IaC workflows. Background building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Expertise in Git-based version control. Proficient in Python or Bash scripting. Solid understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, TLS. Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK). Knowledge of cloud and container security best practices. Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis. A positive mindset, can‑do attitude, and attention to detail. Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems. Ability to work 40 hours per week and take extreme ownership. What We Offer Competitive pay. 100% remote work.
