About The Role As the Intake Advocate at Tort Experts, you are the first point of contact for potential claimants seeking legal assistance with injury claims. You will guide potential claimants through a screening process to determine eligibility and assist eligible claimants in completing initial forms and applications to retain an attorney. What You'll Do Build the initial claimant relationship and confidence in our firm with every prospective claimant interaction Engage in 150 – 200 calls per day in a professional inbound/outbound call center environment Consistently build the claimant relationship and confidence in our partner firms, proactively contacting claimants to maintain the relationship Solve problems and maintain confidentiality Keep updated records and detailed documentation of claimant interactions in a paperless database system Use good judgment to discern urgent issues that may need a manager’s or director’s attention Meet occupancy and adherence goals Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration) preferred Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a customer service role Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; excellent organizational and time-management abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software; attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Personal Attributes: Empathetic and patient demeanor; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality; strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Other Requirements: Ability to work remotely, manage time and tasks with minimal supervision; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; commitment to providing excellent client service Preferred Qualifications: Experience in mass tort law; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Benefits Uncapped quarterly profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance 100% company-paid monthly premiums for insurance plans for you and dependents (US-based employees): medical, dental, vision 100% company match on employee contributions to HSA or FSA flex benefits plans $500 free FSA company contribution 401k plan with company match up to 6% of salary with no vesting period Unlimited paid time off with role coverage Work from home equipment budget Forever remote work environment EEO Statement Tort Experts provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
