Responsibilities Deliver best-in-class, client-centric SEO deliverables. Produce flawless keyword analysis and categorisation. Conduct thorough technical audits to identify and fix blockers. Contribute to our SEO performance content offering. Lead small projects or sub-brands within the client portfolio to grow account management skills. Support SEO Managers in identifying opportunities for clients. Collaborate within the pod to manage workflows and prioritise across accounts. Share knowledge with Associates & Specialists to foster teamwork. Oversee audits, slide decks, and client reporting as required. Qualifications 1–2 years of SEO experience. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Strong attention to detail. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. Comfortable making client‑centric recommendations. Experience with tools such as Screaming Frog, PSI, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and rank‑tracking tools like seoClarity. Proficient with data analysis using Google Sheets & Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables). Works best with directional support rather than hand‑holding. Proactively seeks feedback and continuous improvement. Curiosity about new technology. Self‑motivation and ability to resolve questions independently before seeking help. Success Metrics Live the culture code daily. Deliver effective campaigns with clear metrics. Meet internal targets on technology adoption and process optimisation. Achieve QA metrics for all campaigns lead. Meet client satisfaction targets. Fulfil learning certification goals across the practice. Manage workload of delivery teams to maximise output. Mentor less experienced SEO colleagues. Benefits Hybrid salary (50% of net salary in USD). 20 working days vacation plus all Argentine public holidays. Private healthcare (OSDE 210).
