Paid Social Strategist Power Digital is a tech‑enabled growth firm providing services such as SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic + CTV, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Email + SMS, Conversion Rate Optimization, Retail Marketing, and Creative. We focus on helping brands drive revenue growth and brand recognition. Overview This role is a full‑time, people‑first position for an energetic Paid Social Strategist who will own the performance, strategy, growth, and execution of paid social accounts for our TikTok and Meta clients. Responsibilities Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social platforms. Effectively execute builds and production A‑Z with redundancy across channels (TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn where applicable). Lead execution of optimizations concerning performance improvements relative to goals. Own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams. Proactive internal communication with the team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items. Autonomous external communication with clients for performance, tactical, and strategic items via email, calls, and/or Slack. Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen; complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social. Full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead‑gen strategies. Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in the landscape to achieve desired results. Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication; execute performance reporting A‑Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities. Autonomously present performance reports and recaps, facilitating strategic conversations with clients (verbally and written). Leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps. Present forward‑thinking plans and execute to drive business results. Operate as an effective member of the team for both department and account teams. Contribute to a constructive and effective work environment in line with PD core values. Actively participate in the growth and development of junior talent where applicable. Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes. Utilize Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem as it relates to the department. Requirements / Qualifications Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level. 1‑2 years of digital marketing; agency experience a plus. 1+ years experience with direct response marketing specifically in E‑Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B are a plus. 1+ years experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc). 1+ years experience leading paid social strategy for direct response marketing efforts. 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus. 1 year experience client‑facing and handling communications. Excellent Excel skills with advanced Excel features. Management of a full workload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6 owned clients; below 10% client churn rate. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following: $26k MRR or 6 owned clients; below 10% client churn rate. Most Important Things (MITs) Delivering top‑tier product, owning strategic direction and channel communication for designated accounts.
