Social Media Video Strategist & Editor Part‑time, Hybrid, 20 hours per week. What You’ll Do Ideate and develop video concepts that connect emotionally and perform well on social platforms. Edit short‑form videos with a strong narrative hook, pacing, and clarity. Translate ideas, insights, or personal stories into authentic, engaging, platform‑native content.
What We’re Looking For Senior‑level storytelling instincts and a deep understanding of how people consume online content. Comfortable with video editing and aware of what stops the scroll. Strong narrative sense, timing, and audience psychology are essential. Must‑have Skills Proven experience with storytelling techniques and social‑media psychology.
Strong video editing skills and a deep understanding of human behavior. Nice to Have Experience working with personal brands, creators, or thought leaders. Ability to independently propose content ideas and creative angles. Role Details Hybrid position, approximately 20 hours per week .
Work from your own computer; no specific operating system required. 10‑day PTO standard. Open to incentive‑based compensation.
