ResponsibilitiesCarry out functional testing covering the e-commerce platform across desktop, mobile web (iOS/Android), native applications (iOS/Android), and back-end componentsTake an active, hands-on role in creating and executing automated test scriptsApply GenAI-based tools, services, and solutions to improve team productivity, covering areas like regression runtime, script upkeep, result analysis, and reportingRefine current workflows to extract maximum benefit from GenAI-powered solutionsLead efforts to integrate AI practices into the team's broader QA approachExecute web analytics testing utilizing Charles proxy, confirming outcomes through Adobe AnalyticsDevelop and adjust the Test Strategy to match changing project conditionsReview and evaluate product requirements to verify clarity and alignment with existing featuresRecord and validate defects identified throughout the testing processOversee and align automation progress across the PodRequirementsFive-plus years of practical, hands-on QA experienceAt least one year spent leading or managing development teamsBackground applying GenAI tools and services to strengthen QA workflowsFundamental experience in mobile testing as well as API/web services testingCapability to shape and continually refine Testing StrategyStrong grasp of Agile methodology principlesDependable work ethic combined with the ability to operate independentlyResilience under pressure, considering the project involves tight deadlines, sometimes ambiguous requirements, and processes that are still taking shapeReasonable communication skills paired with working English fluency (B2 level or higher) to interpret business requirements and translate them into agentic architecturesNice to haveBackground in automated testing utilizing JSExposure to Gherkin for drafting test scenariosExperience applying regression testing techniquesCapability in requirements analysis to inform test planningBackground creating test cases across different testing situationsWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn
