Implementation Specialist

What You'll Be Doing Go above and beyond for your clients, ensuring the successful use of the OneLocal platform from the moment the contract is signed Collaborate with our merchant to collect requirements essential for shaping their website development Guide clients through the process of accessing their social media platforms, assisting in obtaining credentials or granting access as needed Manage multiple, concurrent client activation projects independently Be proactive in addressing client issues or potential issues to help reach our client's desired outcome Understand our full marketing suite and be able to ensure our clients find value in the use of our platform as quickly as possible Managing ongoing client communications and reporting on client status and happiness to internal and external stakeholders Managing project risk to ensure timely, on-budget project execution and closure Preparing project documents and providing training to clients Contributing to the development of best practices, methodologies, and other intellectual capital aimed at delivering value to our clients Addressing and resolving client issues with the help of team members across OneLocal, presenting action plans and recommendations to resolve issues, including occasional on-call after-hours assistance for the support team Essential Qualifications and Experiences Dedication to prioritizing our customers' success and a commitment to going above and beyond to achieve it Experience in customer-facing project management, effectively utilizing internal resources Excellent verbal and written communication skills At least one year of experience as an Implementation/Onboarding Specialist Proficiency in managing fast-paced environments, and adapting to shifting timelines and priorities Ability to assess customer needs and align them with our product offerings Skilled in building strong client relationships, and fostering long-term partnerships Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and integrity in all interactions Willingness to challenge conventional thinking and contribute fresh perspectives Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to follow-up Desirable Skills and Experience Experience with small and medium businesses is advantageous but not required Previous involvement in SaaS organizations, marketing agencies, or tech startups Sound understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile, with a proven track record of boosting small business growth Knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising is beneficial Familiarity with digital marketing principles, particularly in website design using platforms such as Duda, WordPress, or Shopify Familiarity or experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Proficiency in project management software, including Jira Why You'll Love Working Here The opportunity to have a major impact at a growing company that is helping small and medium sized businesses grow their digital presence Remote first: We have committed to a remote-first/distributed team work environment with access to a co-working space in Toronto Paid vacation + paid personal days Virtual social events: coffee chats with your colleagues and weekly happy hours Local Implementation Specialist (South Hub) Citi Key Responsibilities Lead local and regional implementation´s projects Bring the knowledge and tools to meet the goals Identify and implement improvement opportunities in the customer experience and in the product implementation process Manage the project portfolio...
