Responsibilities Project Leadership and Delivery: Manage a project as Project Manager overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), applicable SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Serve as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements. Lead clinical teams to ensure quality, timelines and budget management. Accountable for the financial performance and all project deliverables for assigned projects and/or regions. Coordinate activities and deliverables of all project conduct partners and proactively identify and manage issues. Reporting and Communication: Maintain project information across databases and systems; evaluate project progress using timelines and tracking tools. Ensure inspection readiness for all aspects of project conduct, including Trial Master Files. Develop and implement project plans in accordance with controlled documents. Prepare, coordinate, and present project materials for internal and external meetings. Direct the activities of Project Support staff; mentor and manage other PMs and clinical staff; facilitate team building and communication. Prepare project management reports for clients and management. Implement resource strategies and develop contingency planning and risk mitigation to ensure delivery of project goals. Business Development: Participate in bid defense meetings and build strong relationships with current clients to generate new or add-on business. Stay aware of the therapeutic environment and drug development trends relevant to the business unit and assigned projects. Management: May train and support new Project Managers, facilitating protocol and project-specific training. May line manage other project management team members and clinical monitoring staff. Qualifications and professional experience are expected to support successful performance in the responsibilities above. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development processes and clinical monitoring procedures. Experience with CROs and relevant therapeutic areas preferred. Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently; ability to adapt to new technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (written and spoken). Flexible and able to mentor and manage new staff; capable of handling multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 25%). Salary Range: The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and role requirements.
