Responsibilities Own the execution, performance, and growth of cross‑channel paid media services for enterprise‑level accounts. Manage paid search, LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, etc.) and additional campaign types such as YouTube Ads, Meta Display, Local, and Content Syndication. Conduct daily optimizations, high‑level strategy changes, bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development. Provide intelligent analysis, insights, and action plans tying performance to client KPIs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Participate in weekly department scrums, training sessions, and new training material development. Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external clients, reporting on performance and strategy. Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes. Requirements 3‑4 years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in an agency setting. Hands‑on experience with Paid Media channels on large, enterprise‑level accounts. Deep understanding of ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus) and intent data integration. Experience with complex client org structures and multi‑brand, multi‑product, long‑sales‑cycle B2B environments. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and funnel marketing concepts. Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from data and tell a compelling story. Minimum 3 years managing LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, ABM DSPs, and at least three other campaign types among YouTube Ads, Meta, Display, Local, Content Syndication.
