Job Description The Software Engineer Program (SEP) is a global two‑year career development program designed to provide entry‑level talent with the foundational technical and professional skills necessary to build robust networks and establish successful careers in technology at JPMorgan Chase. Our team partners with stakeholders to deliver a superior global program through challenging roles, engaged managers, and dynamic development opportunities. Training Induction Training – A comprehensive two‑week in‑person introduction to Technology at JPMC for newly hired SEP engineers, developed with Technology leaders, IT subject matter experts, and a network of JPMC IT professionals. Continuous Learning Journey – Throughout the two‑year program, SEP engineers advance their skills with a technical and professional curriculum that includes classroom learning at a Tech Center, participation in a Code for Good project, online learning, peer‑to‑peer learning, and town halls. Program Manager Support The SEP Program Managers serve as advocates and key resources for SEP engineers, providing coaching in groups and one‑on‑one sessions and partnering with various groups to offer activities and experiences that enhance the SEP engineers’ overall experience as they integrate into JPMC. Graduation Completion of the program is recognized with celebrations in Tech Centers worldwide. SEP engineers continue their careers at JPMC and are considered for promotion to Associate in accordance with the Global Technology Promotion Guidelines. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Technology‑advanced student or recent graduate Advanced English proficiency Full‑time availability No prior experience required Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, and React Start Date: April 2026 What’s next?
