Overview En KaizenRH buscamos BackEnd Full Stack Engineer para trabajar dentro de una compañía líder en desarrollo de software del segmento bancario. Responsabilidades Construir micro-servicios backend y agents orchestration, colaborando con IA y Data sobre frameworks Python (FastAPI) o Node.js. Implementar pipelines LLM + RAG con frameworks como LangChain, LangGraph o AutoGen, integrando vectorDBs (Pinecone, pgvector, RagFlow, etc.). Desarrollar APIs REST y WebSocket de alto rendimiento, con soporte para streaming de tokens desde modelos. Instrumentar observabilidad, trazabilidad y control de uso mediante herramientas como OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana o Sentry. DevOps: Automatizar deployment con Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform) y CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines). Participar en demos y estimaciones técnicas con stakeholders, e impulsar pruebas de concepto sobre nuevas tecnologías generativas. Requisitos +5 años en desarrollo backend (Java, Python o Node.js). Experiencia práctica mínima con Python o Node.js en al menos un proyecto que involucre IA generativa (LLMs, agentes, RAG). Experiencia usando frameworks LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen o DSPY para agentes o pipelines. Sólido dominio de técnicas backend: APIs REST/WS, streaming, micro-servicios, bases de datos, escalabilidad. Familiaridad con frontend (React + TypeScript) suficiente para integrarte con equipos UX/rendering. Experiencia con infraestructura cloud, contenedores, IaC y buenas prácticas DevSecOps. Inglés Técnico (oral/escrito). Educación mínima: Universitario. Se valora experiencia adicional en entornos de banca y cumplimiento regulatorio.
