We’re looking for an E‑Payment Solutions Representative to support our Sales Operations and Finance teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, tech‑savviness, and the ability to work across time zones. Remote | Freelance | English + (Hebrew/Spanish/Portuguese)

Key Responsibilities

: Handle declines, failed transactions, and chargeback disputes. Manage customer refunds and recurring payments. Support the sales team on e‑payment methods and oversee shift operations. Conduct sales completion calls when needed. Research and test new e‑payment solutions. Work with PSPs, credit card companies, and financial institutions to resolve issues. Monitor transactions end‑to‑end. Finance & Operations: Perform bank / credit card reconciliations (daily / weekly / monthly). Run revaluations and FX checks. Work with SAP reports and support accounting processes. Quality Assurance: Run Q. A. testing for payment methods (test flows, transactions, inconsistencies). Report issues and coordinate fixes with tech / operations teams. Compliance: Submit PCI‑DSS SAQs annually for multiple providers. Manage yearly KYC renewals with financial partners. Requirements: Experience in Finance‑related roles. Fluent English (Hebrew/Spanish/Portuguese – advantage). Tech‑savvy, quick learner, strong Excel (pivots / filters / reports – advantage). SAP / ERP experience – advantage. Excellent communication, service orientation, and problem‑solving. Flexible with time zones and workload. Strong home‑office setup: quiet space, Windows PC, webcam, headset, stable 20 Mbps+ internet. Please send your resume in English.
