About the opportunity This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient coordination of vehicle servicing. The successful candidate will undertake the following: Providing the ultimate customer service experience to our clients face to face Building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships Maintaining regular contact with our customers to provide updates Communicating with internal department teams to ensure all vehicles are completed and ready on time for our customers as promised Handling customer concerns and complaints with prompt, solution-based outcomes Offering accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs Ongoing training and development. If you have the desire to grow we will help you get there About you To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a genuine focus on customer care, strong communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions while keeping things moving in a busy environment.
