Overview We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our global performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns with a strong focus on Shopping and Performance Max. You will work closely with Client Success Managers and cross-channel specialists to drive performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure high-quality execution across accounts. This role is not the primary client point of contact, but you will participate in client meetings when needed and contribute strategic input based on performance insights. Responsibilities Develop and execute paid search strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads aligned with client goals and business KPIs. Manage and optimize Shopping and Performance Max campaigns, including feed-related improvements and testing initiatives. Conduct ongoing keyword research and proactively identify opportunities across keywords, feeds, and campaign structures. Monitor campaign performance, analyze trends, and translate data into actionable optimization recommendations. Ensure high-quality campaign and account setups; audit new and existing accounts for structure, consistency, and best practices. Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers, Paid Social Specialists, DSP Specialists, and other channel experts. Contribute to account and campaign strategy discussions both within and outside your assigned portfolio. Maintain a holistic view of account performance and evolution across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. We’re looking for: 4+ years of experience in paid search advertising roles. Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads . Experience managing campaigns in Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) . Proven experience with Shopping campaigns . Proven experience with Performance Max campaigns . Experience working with Google Analytics . Experience working with Google Merchant Center . Background in performance marketing or digital marketing agencies . English level B2 or above.
