Job Responsibilities:
- Booking transfers/wires/journals directly in our risk systems based on the instructions provided by our clients/stakeholders.
- Monitor daily workflow (Cash/Asset Transfers)
- Take ownership on issues and display client oriented focus
- Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently
- Speak Up Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion
- Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved.
- Escalating issues in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Graduate or bachelor student.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
- Team player with a professional, proactive, and positive approach to work.
- Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution
- Strong MS office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Cash Processing, Trade lifecycles, Global markets and settlement practices
- Operate effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently. Ensure all tasks are completed within expected SLAs.
- Keen eye for details and accuracy
