Impact you’ll make Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for components. Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Implement responsive and user‑friendly interfaces using modern web technologies. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting‑edge. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. What you’ll bring to us +7 years of experience as a Software Developer with Python (FastAPI, Django or Flask). Experience with database NoSQL/SQL. Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus). Experience with microservices‑based architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Analytical mindset, quality‑driven, and strong communication skills. Experience in banking, capital markets, risk or finance. English advanced (Required).
