Role and Responsibilities As our Sales Outreach Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our outbound efforts. From researching new lead sources to running email campaigns and picking up the phone to close appointments, you’ll own the top of our sales funnel. You'll also play a key role in keeping our CRM clean, managing our calendar, and handling sales-related admin to keep the team running smoothly. Your work will directly impact how fast and effectively we can grow our client base. You will: Research and evaluate new platforms and tools to generate qualified leads Manage outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and track performance Call warm and cold leads to secure discovery appointments Maintain and organize CRM records, track outreach metrics, and manage follow-ups Oversee the sales calendar and coordinate with recruiters and leadership Support general sales admin tasks like slide prep, inbox triage, and document updates Who You Are You're an experienced sales support or lead generation professional who knows the recruiting or staffing world and how fast things move. You're persuasive on the phone, tech-savvy with campaign tools, and thrive on keeping systems running clean and tight. 3+ years in sales support, outreach, or appointment setting ideally in staffing or recruiting Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.) and outreach platforms (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.) Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills, especially over the phone Extremely organized, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks Minimum C1-level English fluency you’ll be on the phone with North American clients and prospects We Offer Direct impact on a growing agency’s sales engine Fully remote work with flexible scheduling Fast-track career development with hands-on mentorship Supportive team culture built on trust, clarity, and execution Paid time off, tech reimbursement, and performance incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
